beruang reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our anti-fraud policies. Upon closure, we release any remaining balance to your registered payment method within one business day. Account closure is permanent; we do not reopen closed accounts. If you believe your closure was in error, you may appeal through our support team; we review appeals within 5 business days.
